**Refund Policy – ASH**

At ASH, we hope you love every piece you receive. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

**Returns & Store Credit**
All online purchases are eligible for store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this window.

**Return Eligibility**
To qualify for a return, items must be:

* Unworn and unused
* In original condition
* With all tags attached
* In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

**How to Start a Return**

**Store Credit**
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit in the form of an e-gift card, sent directly to your email.

**Non-Returnable Items**
We do not accept returns on:

* Gift cards

**Damaged Items**

**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Times**
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

**Delays**
ASH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

**Incorrect Address**
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

**Lost or Stolen Packages**
ASH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
